    I.T.S – Mohan Nagar organized a ‘Faculty Development Programme’ on “Cross-Cultural Engagement in changing educational paradigms” on February 15, 2016. The chief guest of the event was Mr. Stuart Fitz-Gerald, Director of Collaborations – India, Kingston Business School, Kingston University, UK. Mr. Stuart emphasized the need of globally competent managers who can fine-tune themselves with changing requirements of business world. He informed about teaching techniques used by top notch business schools in UK to connect well to students. He also focused on the need of inclusion of various supplementary pedagogy methods to augment overall growth of students.
