Faculty Development Program on the theme, ‘How to make Class Interactive’

The event started with a warm welcome address by our Director General Sir, Dr. A K Puri followed by Director –UG campus Dr. Vidya Sekhri. The speaker of the session was Prof. Vinay Dutta, Senior Professor, Fore School of Management, New Delhi was very well introduced by the dignitaries. Total 49 faculty members from UG and PG campus participated in this half day FDP. The speaker emphasized on the most important facts of teaching: Learning to know, Learning to do and Learning to be. The concept of Think-Link-ink was explained clearly and efficiently. He also covered the topics like traits of effective and efficient teaching, essentials of classroom management i.e. engage-encourage and empower. The basic objectives of classroom management and the essential of classroom management were very well taken by the speaker. The faculty members had a rich learning experience. The FDP was highly interactive and successful.
